Founding Document

The Constitution

"We, the builders of Africa–Caribbean pathways, affirm that prosperity without dignity is not progress."

This constitution exists to ensure ethical collaboration, shared ownership, cultural integrity, and generational continuity across the corridor.

Core Values

Five commitments that shape every decision.

Self-determinationCultural integrityCooperative economicsEthical governanceIntergenerational responsibility

Pillars

Four pillars of the constitution.

Leadership

Leadership is custodial, not extractive. Leaders are stewards of vision, not owners of people.

Economics

Value-addition over extraction. Fair recognition of labour. Shared benefit distribution.

Conflict Resolution

Dialogue, mediation, and community accountability. Bureaucratic mechanisms may never be weaponised against individuals.

Separation

Any separation shall preserve dignity, acknowledge contribution, avoid public harm, and protect the mission above ego.

The Foundation

Ubuntu

"I am because we are."

Ubuntu means prosperity is not individual. It is collective. The Africa–Caribbean corridor is an ecosystem of producers, traders, cultural creators, logistics operators, investors, and diaspora communities working together to create shared prosperity.

If we succeed, the Atlantic Ocean will no longer represent separation. It will represent connection.
