Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information

Name, email address, mobile number, country, preferred language, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Organization information

Legal name, trading name, registration details, jurisdiction, addresses, and the members you invite.

Application content

Answers, uploaded documents, and metadata you submit through applications and questionnaires.

Usage information

Log data such as IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

2. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the platform, including authentication and organization management.
  • Review and process applications and related workflows.
  • Communicate with you about your account, applications, and important updates.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, your consent (for example, marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

  • Within your organization: members with appropriate roles can access organization data and applications.
  • Service providers: we use infrastructure and platform providers to host, store, and process data on our behalf. They act as processors under contract.
  • Sign-in providers: if you use Google sign-in, Google receives basic authentication data.
  • Legal: we may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest as provided by our hosting platform. We retain personal and application data for as long as your account or organization is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations. Uploaded documents associated with submitted applications may be retained for longer to preserve the integrity of the record.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact privacy@acccnow.com. We will verify your identity before responding.

7. Cookies and analytics

The platform uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. If we add analytics or preference cookies in the future, you will be able to manage them from a cookie settings surface.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including role-based access controls and row-level security, to protect your information. No online service can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and this page is not a certification.

9. Children

The platform is not intended for children under 18. Do not use the platform or provide information if you are under 18.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the platform and may require you to re-accept before continuing.
